Pre-Season Sports Physicals - Saturday, May 16, 2026
Medical providers at Carilion Clinic are teaming up with area high schools to provide pre-season physicals. They will be held on Saturday, May 16 at one convenient location,
the Institute for Orthopaedics and Neurosciences — 2331 Franklin Road in Roanoke.
A completed VHSL form is required with a parent signature or a parent must be present during registration.
Carilion Clinic does not charge for these exams; however, individual schools may require payment. This is determined by each school. If payment is required, a school representative will process the payment.

1. Athletes must sign up during their school’s time slot as shown above.
2. Athletes/Schools will not be allowed to enter the building until 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment slot to help minimize the number of people in the building.
