Summer Reading

Roanoke County Public Schools is excited to launch a new and expanded summer reading program. This program will have two tracks. The first track will be for all students (K-12) who wish to earn prizes by participating in the incentivized summer reading program through the Roanoke County Library System. The second track is a Path to AP which gives students the opportunity to read works with AP-oriented literary merit. Any Advanced, AP, college-bound, or regular student completing the activities outlined in the second track can earn academic credit for their work. Both tracks are optional and allow for parent and student choice.
