The Terrier Way

The Terrier Way is the name of our school-wide expectations. Terriers are expected to be safe, respectful, and responsible in all school settings. As a school, we have created clear and positively stated school-wide expectations, while also utilizing behavior data to drive our decision-making process. Both positive and negative discipline data is collected, disaggregated, and analyzed to make decisions that provide all students with the best opportunity to be successful. The Terrier Way is a multi-tiered system of support, meaning that students who fail to respond to Tier I support will be supported through additional services and interventions. If you are interested in learning more about the services and supports offered at the Tier I and/or Tier II levels, please refer to the attached handbooks.
